Platinum Card HoldersAs a Platinum card recipient you will be registered as a member of our privilege cardholder scheme.
All members must complete an application form on-line or by telephoning 01 40 333 00 and be at least 21 years of age. The information will not be passed on to any other organizations. Non registered cards will be rejected, however, our staff will be happy to assist you with card activation at the hotel. The issued privilege card remains the property of the Louis Fitzgerald Group, and the management reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time without notice. Privilege Cardholders can be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of the Louis Fitzgerald Group management. We will not be responsible for lost of stolen cards. To utilise your Platinum Privilege Card it must be presented at the time of your purchase and before the cash sale has been made. At no point will we allocate a price reduction after the sale has been made. All Platinum Card transactions are Subject to Availability.
